Our spacious pet retreat can accommodate dogs, cats, and other small furry and not-so-furry friends, with a variety of accoutrements, including:
- Indoor/outdoor suites with raised platform Kuranda beds & cat condos
- Large fenced play yards for individual play with staff or group play with other furry friends
- Heat radiant floors
- Air-conditioned and humidity-controlled
- Healthy air system working 24 hrs
- 24-hour security protection system

Dogs - $40 per night (basic) or $60 per night (deluxe)
*Both lodging rates include all of the above accoutrements; basic lodging includes a 15-20 minute play session, while deluxe lodging includes two 1-hour play sessions in spacious fenced-in play yards.
Cats - $20 per night
Exotics (birds, ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, etc.) - starting at $15 per night *all necessities must be provided by the pet owner for all exotic guests (cage, bowls, food, litter, bedding, etc.)*
*Required Vaccines*
- Canines – must be current on the Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper, and the Bivalent Canine Influenza vaccines.
- Felines – must be current on the Rabies, Feline Distemper, and Feline Leukemia vaccines.
**We cannot and will not accept self-administered vaccines. All vaccines must be administered by a licensed veterinarian, and proper documentation must be provided reflecting such.**
Effective February 1st, 2026, all required vaccinations must be fully boostered no less than two weeks before check-in for a daycare or boarding reservation. Any pets that have been to the vet, for any reason, within two weeks of check-in will not be accepted for boarding or daycare.
A Day in the Life at Cloud Nine Pet Retreat
Breakfast
We serve Fromm’s Family Gold Dry Dog Food and Fromm's Chicken A La Veg Dry Cat Food for breakfast each day at 7:30 am. If you prefer, you may supply your own pet food from home. Our kitchen includes a refrigerator and microwave for storing and preparing any special food requests for our guests.
Morning Calisthenics & Camaraderie
After breakfast, it is time for morning exercise, playtime, and socializing. Each canine guest will have the opportunity to play and exercise in one of the large, fenced yards as directed by the owner. We have plenty of toys, but please feel free to bring any of your pet’s favorites for their stay.
The Mid-Morning Stretch
Feline guests are allowed to roam about the private cat room or simply enjoy the window seat views. As an option, you can choose a fresh-air stroll for your feline. Weather permitting, canines may spend their afternoons sunbathing on the outside of the modern fresh air suite or inside if they are more comfortable.
Afternoon Lounging
Afternoons are usually a quiet time for napping.
Dinner “Oh, Boy, Dinner Time!”
Dinner is served between 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm. Following dinner, it’s socializing time or additional exercise.
Bedtime
Bedtime preparations begin about 7:30 pm with a potty break, fresh water, pull-down bedding, a goodnight pet, hug and/or kiss, a bedtime story, and of course a bedtime treat.
Shush, it’s Quiet Time
Quiet time begins at 8:00 pm. We do provide treats; however, you may choose to provide your pet’s favorite treat. Each suite contains a raised platform Kuranda bed where we can place your pet’s favorite blankie. If the bedding you provide fits in our washing machine, we will make sure any messes get washed away.
Bath Before Home
Before the trip home, we offer a refresher bath for your pet at an additional cost based on weight. Each refresher bath includes nail trimming, ear cleaning, a full bath, a spritz of doggie cologne, and a seasonal bandana. We also have grooming services available during your pet's visit or by appointment.
